The Suzuki DL650 V-Strom has the engine from the SV650 however it has been retuned for massive midrange power for the open road - the power delivery is very smooth! This is a truly fun bike which is great for the money, easy to ride and pretty versatile too. Whether you are on winding country roads, commuting or even on the motorway the DL650 V-Strom is a great little all-round bike. At 218 miles per tank I am thinking of buying one myself! The mirrors work well giving good rear visibility however the screen lets the rain through so it is more of a wind-deflector than anything else. Overall this is a great bike for the cash and does a bit of everything quite well (except off-road, do not try it).
