Too right I say! Far too many companies are taking advantage of cheap labour at the expense of the frustration of their UK customers!

Take the phone company "3" for example, this was the main reason why I (Anonymous) terminated my contract with them as I couldn't actually talk to anyone in the UK (all I wanted was an answer to a simple question and it took me hours of calls to find out I had to write in!)

Car insurance call centres and claim lines really need to be British based as we are a patriotic nation when it comes to this subject and finding call centres for a British-based car insurance company leading through to other continents has proved to just get customers annoyed.

Challenge Churchill as featured in the television commercial states that it will beat any other company for car and home insurance.

There are certain terms and conditions stated, one of them being you have to have a claim free period on your insurance policy of three years.
